Domestic Shipping

Shipping and handling charges listed at the cart level apply to the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will be emailed a shipping rate quote based on the weight and dimensions of the packages.

All APO, FPO, and P.O. Box orders are shipped via US Postal Service.

Orders place by 1:00pm Eastern are generally shipped the same day. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock, a www.floatingtoys.com sales rep will contact you.

Guaranteed Express Shipping Upgrade

www.floatingtoys.com offers an express shipping upgrade on in-stock product. Saturday Delivery available for an additional cost. Saturday Delivery orders must be phoned in and must be place by 12:00pm on Fridays. Express shipping transit times are measured in business days. Holidays, weekends, and severe weather are excluded.

All orders that have a valid email address will automatically receive a shipment notification email complete with shipment tracking information. This is your confirmation that your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipment notification email, please check your account profile for any errors in your email address. www.floatingtoys.com does not generate tracking information until your order is actually shipped.
